Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer for OT and ICU medical devices. The candidate will travel across India for product demonstration, installation, deployment, and technical support at hospital sites.
Responsibilities
- Travel pan India for installation and deployment at client sites.
- Support sales team during product demonstrations.
- Provide on-site technical support during installation and commissioning.
- Handle troubleshooting in case of any technical issues during deployment.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
- Conduct training sessions for hospital staff after product installation.
- Maintain proper reporting and documentation.
- Be comfortable standing in OT during device deployment if required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering / computer science engineering (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology related to OT and ICU devices.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving ability.
- Quick decision-making skills.
- Active, confident, presentable, and dedicated.
- Willing to travel extensively across India.
Training will be provided. After training, candidate will also train client teams.
